Odd sound coming from s23

Every morning at like 8:30am and 9:30am, then evening at 8:30pm, my phone makes a water pouring sound. I don't own any apps that would do this so I don't understand what it's coming from? Plus the sound happens despite do not disturb being on and my phone being on vibrate.

Maybe your system sound is set to retro which means every time you tap your phone it makes a water droplet sound

Did you restore your phone from a backup? I used a backup from an old Pixel and it created a phantom alarm for me. This sounds more like the default notification sound might have been charged on you for perhaps the weather updates?

I think that I had an app running in the background I thought I'd deleted. The problem has gone away!
