Galaxy s23 hotspot connected but no internet

So every time I try and hook some up to my hotspot it says connected no internet my bills paid. I've used hotspot 1,000 times all my other phones and on this phone until just recently. Airplane mode is not on it's nothing goofy or nothing simple nothing needs to be reset network adapters no like that I've went through everything meticulously. I'm not a techie but something is wrong like a goofy setting up set or something like that somebody help me out I'm in my wit's end

Hello! I can certainly understand needing your hotspot to work correctly! I found this troubleshooting link that may help (http://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001245/).

If you're still having issues after all of these troubleshooting steps I would reach out to your carrier seeing as how Hotspot's are carrier features!
