S Pen glitching

Is anyone else having issues like this where you try to write with the S Pen and the cursor just jumps somewhere else? It only started doing this after the last update.

I tried everything on that article short of replacing the tip (as I'd have to order a replacement for it and can't at the moment) before posting here.

Do you have a case or anything magnetic attached to the back of the phone. A strong enough magnet can mess up the spen. I have a Rockform case I use when I go out riding but never use it because it messes with the pen.

Nope. I just have a Spigen case, but I barely use it and usually go caseless.

I suspect a software issue. Try clearing cache from recovery.

I have the tab s7 and it the same issue with the s pen does this apply too and if it does pls tell me how to find this recovery in setting.
