6.1 Update: NavStar not restoring the navigation gestures

Took my navigation gestures and gave me dumb default gestures androids has. Already downloaded Navistar but still won't give me back the original one. Have searched but only solutions for S24 can't find any for S23.

Galaxy store does not have new update for some reason.

The solution is in Goodlock Navstar enable extra gestures and then go back to the phone settings and set up your gestures like normal

Already downloaded Navstar went to turn on extra gestures but it doesn't show at all

You may need to uninstall and re install goodlock and make sure its the latest verison of Navstar

You're going to have to basically reset that hole category of options for it to work properly

Ive deleted goodlock, turned off gestures, reset all settings as well and still not showing the option

Have you rebooted to recovery and cleared cache+fix apps? I doubt that will fix anything but it does kind of give all your apps a soft reset in a sense without losing any data and could be beneficial after a big update like going from 6.0 to 6.1. I honestly don't have the answer for you because I have an s24 Ultra that I use now. I still have my s23 ultra, but it didn't get the 6.1 update yet as it's factory unlocked and on a carrier that absolutely is garbage with putting up dates out

Trust me I've done all that and I know I'm trying to turn on navigation gestures correctly and still nothing. Don't get me wrong I was waiting for 6.1 and I was relieved when people showed getting the old navigation gestures on S24 but for the S23 it's not showing the same option as S24 has to switch between the new gestures mode and the previous.

Also have you tried setting your navigation to the old three button style then clearing and closing all apps, resetting the phone like a reboot I mean not factory reset, and clearing cache? That may get whatever is jumbled up straightened out, once you turn the phone back on check back into the gesture settings and see if anything has changed?
