Double voicemail notifications

Whenever I get a voicemail it always shows up as two identical notifications. When I press and hold on one of them for some reason its showing that one is from a dual messenger version of phone services and im not sire as to why since i dont have anything turned on in dual messenger . How do stop it from showing double?

Honestly, it's a firmware glitch and the only way I know to resolve it would be to backup your data and passwords, and factory reset the phone.

It did this on my s10 also. Just switched to my s23 ultra the other day and it's doing the same thing. Very strange.

Wonder if it has anything to do with the default samsung phone app. Thinking it might be worth a shot to try the Google phone app

I thought I finally got rid of this bug when I switched to my S23 Ultra, but after about 2 weeks of having it, this bug that was driving me crazy on my S22 is back. Any solution?
