    <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, I am having connection issues with calls and texts since the update to 6.1. I've done all the troubleshooting steps including doing a factory reset on my phone but somehow it had the 6.1 software on it and the problem still exists.&amp;nbsp; I thought it was an issue with T-mobile and they want to send me a CPO phone replacement but I don't want to go through all of that and still have the issues.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Turns out, my problem had something to do with my att plan. Check your plan with your provider. A change in plans made my phone problems go away.</description>
