Regarding Weather update on my S23FE

Weather gadget from phone says it's cloudy or possible of thunderstorm this evening, Where as it is raining continuously from 4.15pm today. For last one week it's raining not even a single day the weather displayed on phone is correct. Can samsung improve the quality of update?. Is this a sensor problem from phone or app issue?.

There's a weather outbreak per national weather service creating fluctuating weather conditions, I would assume. Blame it on the rain jk

Samsung is not responsible for the accuracy of weather readings--it is which weather service the app uses. Blame the weather reporting service, or change which service the weather app uses, if possible. I use a weather app where I can choose which forecasting service to use.
