      <description>&lt;P&gt;Eargo app will not open on my s23 ultra.&amp;nbsp; Vendor can see me enter info properly on their end and app appears to open but phone says "failure due to technical difficulties cannot open app."&amp;nbsp; Cannot figure it out.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
