The vibration is no where close to being as loud (strong) as the note 20 ultra which I just switched from. I'm not 100% sure but I'm pretty sure you all could fix that through an OTA Update. Something I'm sure quite a few people would appreciate. Just making it to where it could be a little more intense or whatever it is. Like I said the note 20 ultra vibration intensity was perfect.

Yeah true to an extent though. I've turned my intensity all the way up far as it can go but yet when it vibrates..its weak. And for other people that may find it loud they could just as easily turn it down.

I was having the same issue and just fixed it! If you go to your settings then sound and vibrations go to vibration intensity. From there at the very bottom is a button to turn on the normal vibration sound for incoming calls. It turns it to the normal vibration of what we are used to. I hope this helps!

I have the same problem. I am experiencing missed calls on my when my phone is placed screen-down on my desk. I only realized how weak it was when I called my phone.

Despite having the vibration settings set to the maximum level, the vibration is not noticeable when I am having incoming calls when the phone is on my desk. It's only noticeable when the phone is in my pocket or when I'm holding it.

Interestingly, there is a feature that is supposed to enhance the vibration, but it appears to be broken at the moment.

https://www.reddit.com/r/samsung/comments/12v4538/s23u_users_if_you_have_weak_vibration_for/

This is actually a pretty serious problem.

It has nothing to do with being loud. The vibrations of incoming calls are expected to be at least noticeable when placed with the screen face down on a desk. However, that isn't the case here.

Hello, We understand the frustration of missing notifications due to the vibration not being intense enough. This article provides the options for adjusting the vibration for the S22. The steps should be similar for the S23 phones. https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-improve-the-vibration-of-your-galaxy-s22-device/

If the vibration intensity is still too weak, we recommend having the phone evaluated by an authorized technician. You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the evaluation: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/ or by contacting customer support at 1-800-726-7864.

For assistance outside the U.S., please use this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite.html
