First check that your speaker isn't plugged with debris.
You can try and blow out the speaker with compressed air.

If you can't connect to your voicemail. That's most likely a carrier issue. Call your phone service provider and ask for tech support.

I have an s23 ultra on Verizon and also received the June update this morning. So far I'm not seeing any issues whatsoever. My phone is actually running smoother and the battery drain is much less than what it was.
