Unable to locate label for trade-in after downloading on S23 Ultra

Trying to download and print my label and it says it's downloaded but I can't find it I also looked in the myfiles app and its not there please help. This is for s23 ultra

If you looked in My Files and could not find it in either Documents or Downloads, is there still a notification indicating the label was downloaded?

I know it said "your label has been downloaded" but you can tap download label again to download it to your phone.

If you try to download the label on Samsung app, maybe try download it from Samsung website using a browser like Chrome or Samsung Internet.

I think Samsung also sent an email to download the label too. You could download it from that link.

Maybe I have to try from a regular computer it just automatically opens the app

Open my files app and tap on documents. It should be a pdf.

Had to go to my secured folder app and it was under there thanks everyone!
