You're still on 5.1? Is your phone locked or unlocked? Are with the same carrier you bought the phone from if locked?

I would suggest trying to update with Smart Switch on a PC and if that doesn't work you would need to contact your carrier

That could be the reason your not getting the updates if your not connected to a US Carrier

Bought unlocked, or is network unlocked? I should have been specific in the first post. If bought unlocked, you should get OTA updates by manually checking for system updates when connected to WiFi. If that doesn't work, try what Gary suggested. You will need both smart switch and Samsung USB drivers installed for it to work.

Your welcome most carriers will only push the update if you are still in the region that you purchased your phone from.

Get a friend to enable Hotspot on their phone (as long as there is unlimited data and service is allowed). Connect to their hotspot and try checking for updates.
