Reset network connection

I have a Galaxy S23+. Can somebody provide me the steps to reset my network connection? My apps are taking forever to load. My Mac and iPad have no problem and I've cleared the cache from the apps, to no avail.

Suggestions? Thanks!

Open Settings > scroll down to General Management > Reset > Reset Mobile Network Settings

Question: will this disrupt anything else? I've not done this before with a phone, only my Wi-Fi settings.

Nope. You might have to set up network settings again.
