The Samsung S6 Edge edge head double letters for the contact bubble labels.

How can I get that back for the Samsung S23 Ultra?

Hi jess04, I turned on my old phone and unfortunately, the icons went to a single letter. As a description, if the name is John Smith, the icon to the left of that contact would be the circle with the letters JS inside of it.

Hello @artyd2, Welcome to the Community. We understand the convenience of having the double letter labels for contacts. However, the current software only allows for one letter.

If you have your contacts Name format set to Last and then First, the letter will be the contact's last name.
