    <description>&lt;P&gt;Okay thank you so much I managed to retrieve two log in information through the Samsung internet but other than that I guess it has to be Samsung support I need to check with then!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks once again&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am aware that Samsung pass can now be access via wallet however, all the passwords that were saved on Samsung pass have disappeared I assumed they would have transferred and saved on the new system!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Nothing in the update should have interfered with your Samsung Pass data.&amp;nbsp; Are you sure you are looking in the right place? Open Wallet, chose Samsung Pass, tap Sign-in info (or before you tap it, you should see how many passwords and passkeys are saved).&amp;nbsp; If it's "0", that's a problem. When did you get the update? Have you re-booted your phone since the update?&amp;nbsp; Do you have an older device that has Samsung Pass on it that you can use smart switch to transfer the data over from?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-left" image-alt="Screenshot_20241028_113046_Samsung Wallet.jpg"&gt;&lt;img src="https://us.community.samsung.com/skins/images/B6CF8A9847BE1D50DC53F0859412E176/responsive_peak/images/image_not_found.png" alt="Screenshot_20241028_113046_Samsung Wallet.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Indeed it does say "0" just following the steps you have said and no I do not have an older Samsung device that I can use a smart switch to transfer the passwords.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did restart my device and turned it off and back on and it is still the same!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any idea how I can solve this I need my passwords back&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I know this is a stupid question, but were you somehow logged out of your Samsung account?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, I'm reading that you have to have at least one fingerprint registered to use Samsung Pass.&amp;nbsp; If you reset your phone or erased all your fingerprints for whatever reason, Samsung Pass is not usable, but your data will still be in the cloud.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No I wasn't but sometime last week i logged into Samsung pass to get a password and suddenly it shut down and it opened wallet for me I closed all tabs and went into Samsung pass and I got a pop up message saying that I should access passwords from wallet now and since then I haven't been able to get my passwords to manually fill when logging into something and as I said its showing me 0 passwords/passkeys too&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you use Samsung Internet?&amp;nbsp; Sometimes, depending on which option you checked in the settings, the logins are stored in the browser.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can look in the Samsung Internet settings/personal browsing data/autofill forms/safe autofill information to: (Samsung internet or Samsung pass). May be worth checking.&amp;nbsp; You can also check to see if any of the logins were captured to Google/chrome in Google Password Manager. If you use Chrome either on phone or computer, I think that setting may be on by default or perhaps enabled years ago.&amp;nbsp; Even if it doesn't&amp;nbsp; have all your logins, it may have captured some and you can at least recover those.&amp;nbsp; Other than that, you may have to contact Samsung support directly&lt;/P&gt;</description>
