    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello everyone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please i just got this brand new s23 ultra with one physical sim and one E sim, SM-S918N, my issue is that the Samsung pass and security apps don't work because the phone says that the device has been rooted.. this is a brand new phone i bought and unbox myself.       <description>&lt;P&gt;From a retail store... I've used root checker to confirm the root Access and its showing that device hasn't been rooted&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I would suggest returning it since it sounds like a refurbished device that they sold as new&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
