    <description>&lt;P class="p1"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="s2"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Device:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; Samsung Galaxy S23&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p1"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="s2"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Android Version:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;14&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p1"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="s2"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Issue:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; After a phone call is received, audio fails to play through AirPods despite being connected. “Media Output” panel intermittently stops displaying available audio output sources entirely. Rebooting fixes the issue until another call is received. UPDATE: Rebooting no longer fixes the issue. Airpods completely unusable with S23.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p2"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p2"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;H3&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Steps to reproduce:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/H3&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p2"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class="p1"&gt;Connect AirPods (4th gen, regular — no stem controls) via Bluetooth.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class="p1"&gt;Attempt to play audio from Musicolet, YouTube, or other apps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class="p1"&gt;Take a phone call. Observe that:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p2"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class="p1"&gt;AirPods show as connected in Bluetooth settings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class="p1"&gt;Volume is up, “Audio” is toggled ON under Bluetooth options.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class="p1"&gt;No sound plays through AirPods (only connection chime heard).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class="p1"&gt;Media Output panel &lt;SPAN class="s1"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;sometimes shows nothing&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; — no device list, just music player.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class="p1"&gt;Rebooting temporarily restores Media Output list, but the issue recurs as soon as I get a new call.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p2"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p2"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;H3&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Troubleshooting already done:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/H3&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p2"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class="p1"&gt;Re-paired AirPods multiple times.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class="p1"&gt;Reset network settings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class="p1"&gt;Force-stopped all media apps (Musicolet, YouTube, Spotify, etc.).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class="p1"&gt;Tested other Bluetooth devices (no similar problems experienced).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class="p1"&gt;Toggled audio output manually via Media Output (still no sound).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class="p1"&gt;Confirmed audio routing toggles (Calls/Audio) are active.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class="p1"&gt;Media Output panel &lt;SPAN class="s1"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;stopped showing available outputs entirely&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;, even after fresh boot.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p2"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p2"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;H3&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Request:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/H3&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p4"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p1"&gt;Please advise if:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p2"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class="p1"&gt;There is a known issue with AirPods and the S23 audio routing layer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class="p1"&gt;There is a way to fully reset or repair the Media Output system UI.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class="p1"&gt;A fix is planned for this in an upcoming update.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p4"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p1"&gt;This issue severely affects daily usability — thank you in advance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
