    <description>Are you trying to find your quick settings? Pull down on the upper right of the status bar.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you don't like it, tap the pencil icon and go to panel settings. You can put notifications and quick settings together like they used to be.</description>

      <description>Also, there is no way to roll back the update. One UI 7 is here to stay.</description>

      <description>You can rollback if your phone is unlocked and you feel confident in doing custom recovery and flashing. If not, yeah, you're stuck with it. I've seen lots of issues like this get fixed with factory reset, just backup, ensure it's a good backup, factory reset, then recover your backup and it will most likely fix it.</description>
