Netflix maximum playback resolution

It's showing the maximum resolution on my S23 Ultra SD not full HD or HDR. Does anyone know of a fix for this? Netflix told me it's nothing on there end that they can do.

netflix is pretty dumb how u can't just manually select resolutions..
