topic Notification panel issues in Galaxy S23

I was trying to avoid updating my phone but it auto updated last night and now I've actually cried twice over this. Pulling down no longer give me my settings it's a weird notifications panel and the setting ui needs to be pulled from a corner and I can't find anything, and some apps look weird. I cannot function or use my phone properly anymore and I hate the look of the newest update. Please help me, does anyone know a way to uninstall it since it looks like the apple ui but worse now.

The update cannot be rolled back. But you can make the notifications look like they used to. Pull down on the top right of the status bar. Tap the pencil icon. Go to panel settings and change it to "together."

Thank you! I was losing my mind trying to fix that. I still don't like the new ui, but at least it's functional now
