      <description>It's only word, Excel, and One Note, just installed 365 app and that one doesn't open either. Teams, outlook, OneDrive, Authenticator, edge all work.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have not contacted Microsoft. I did contact Samsung, they remote connected to my phone, they say it's not a phone issue. They all worked fine before the update, the last thing for me to try is a factory reset but I really didn't want to do that.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Outlook works but I can no longer open attachment from emails unless I download them first then open them.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If Samsung confirmed it was not a phone issue, one can only assume it's a Microsoft issue.&amp;nbsp; Perhaps those apps have not been optimized for Android 15.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;These days a factory reset is a pain, but not a horror show like it has been in the past.&amp;nbsp; At least you can quickly get back up and running by restoring a backup.&amp;nbsp; When you reset your phone, you get a clean operating system.&amp;nbsp; You can check the office apps (I believe they are installed by default) to see if they work before restoring any backup.&amp;nbsp; If they work, it's not the phone or the operating system.&amp;nbsp; If you restore your backup, the problem is unlikely to be replicated as only the apps, data and settings are saved in the backup, not the old OS.&amp;nbsp; You can also try starting your phone in safe mode to see if another app could be interfering.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>sent a error report to Samsung, I'll send something to Microsoft and see what happens.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;My wife has the 24FE, brother has S23, daughter has s21, they all updated and I'm the only one having this issue. Other people in Reddit have the s23U and say they don't have this issue. Seems like I'm the only one lol</description>

      <description>Seems reasonable to me as a former developer and current Technical Project Manager. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Try to open one of the apps. Then, report the issue mentioning only that app immediately after that. The log will have pertinent information related to that app.</description>

      <description>I am having the same issue on my S23U. Apps worked fine before the update so far none of the fixes are working and Office Mobile isn't installed. I think it got replaced by Co-pilot 365 at some point.</description>

      <description>So I did a search for the APK as it's no longer in Google or Samsung stores. I downloaded and just tried installing and get the following error. "App not installed as package conflicts with an existing app" this was after I uninstalled all microsoft apps except Onedrive. Ugh...what gives! 🤬</description>
