Once you've answered a call, pull down on the status bar, the in call notification hold and edit it's actions or make it silent. End call then receive call to see if it resolved the issue.<BR />I once had this issue with Facebook messenger calls where id answer but the sound would keep going. Turned out to be the in call notification sound was on and set to my ringtone.
