    <description>&lt;P&gt;If this is only happening with WhatsApp, try going to the app settings and deleting both the cache and data for the app.&amp;nbsp; Deleting the data will only delete customizations made to the settings and you will have to set them up again.&amp;nbsp; You will also have to re-login in to the app (if the app has a login).&amp;nbsp; See if that solves the issue.&amp;nbsp; If it does not, you may have to uninstall and reinstall the app (although clearing the data does essentially the same thing, there may be other hooks into the system the app has that only uninstalling will help).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
