    <description>I get your frustration. But for Samsung as a business, if they don't occasionally freshen things up with something new, customers start losing interest, they stop talking about the brand, and new users don't find the appeal.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;And usually changing the most apparent things, like icons and layouts are the best way to "freshen things up"</description>
