I have no bars and no data either; I've only been able to get by on my house wifi and the free wifi I find when I go outside.&nbsp;</SPAN><DIV><SPAN><BR /></SPAN></DIV><DIV><SPAN>No matter how many times I restart the phone, it still fails to get signal.
