    <description>Yeah when a phone was set for one carrier and gets changed to another it generally breaks the update cycle. You can try smart switch on a PC, or you can try removing the sim and rebooting the phone then connect to wifi and try and update.&lt;BR /&gt;Depending on your tech level you could also try looking for the firmware online and flash with Odin but that requires some tech skills but generally you can find tons of posts on the Internet how to use Odin to update with step by step directions.</description>
