    <description>&lt;P&gt;Have your carrier reset your mailbox.&amp;nbsp; You will lose all voicemails currently in it.&amp;nbsp; You could ask if the carrier has a default pin you are supposed to change when you set it up, but it's unlikely, as most don't. If your mailbox is asking for a PIN, you must have set the mailbox up at some point.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
