    <description>&lt;P&gt;Yeah, I tried the cache clear twice now: once as my initial attempt to troubleshoot, and a second time after I did my factory reset. Neither had any effect.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And unfortunately, disabling YouTube doesn't seem to be helping. I've got the guardians app, and it's not very helpful, because the phone gets hot during everything, and it says every app is the cause. Was I charging? Then charging was the cause. Did I use Firefox? Then Firefox was the cause. The only time it's happy is when it's completely idle and the screen is off. I can't disable 100% of everything... that's like saying the phone will work so long as you don't use the phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm so frustrated with this, it's unreal.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
