    <description>Where did you get the s23fe from, was it brand new or was it bought used or refurbish? Does the model name end in the letter U or does it end with a U1? If it ends just with the letter U, that means it was a carrier locked phone, even though it was unlocked it still has the carriers firmware on it and unless you're on the same carrier it will not update because the bootloader is probably still locked. So you have two options, if you're comfortable you can Flash the firmware yourself, if not, you will need to take it into a service center and have it flashed.</description>
