I can use the keyboard with other devices around the home for the time being.       <title>Ultra - Bluetooth keyboard issues</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've recently purchased a ProtoArc XK01 TP Bluetooth keyboard&amp;nbsp;to pair with my S23 Ultra.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;While the trackpad works perfectly, keys have to be held down for a second for them to be registered. This makes fast typing impossible.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A second, older, Bluetooth keyboard I had lying around exhibits the same behaviour.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When connected to my PC, my daughter's S25 Ultra, and my wife's S24 Ultra, the ProtoArc works as expected, which rules out the keyboard as the culprit.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ProtoArc support have been fantastic, but none of their troubleshooting has worked (see below).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone here know what could be going on?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;ProtoArc troubleshooting:&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class="paragraph"&gt;&lt;DIV class="paragraph"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Hello,&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="paragraph"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Thank you very much for contacting us and for providing such a detailed description of the issue you encountered with the XK01 TP keyboard. We completely understand how frustrating it can be when typing is delayed and not responsive.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="paragraph"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;--Based on your description, the keyboard works normally when connected to a computer and the Galaxy S25 Ultra, but experiences delays only on the Galaxy S22 Ultra—this usually indicates a compatibility or software setting issue with the specific phone (S22 Ultra), rather than a hardware fault of the keyboard itself.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="paragraph"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;To help resolve this issue, we kindly ask you to try the following troubleshooting steps:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="paragraph"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;1. Remove and re-pair the Bluetooth connection&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="paragraph"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;--Go to Settings &amp;gt; Bluetooth on the S22 Ultra.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="paragraph"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;--Locate the paired “XK01 TP,” tap the settings icon next to it, and choose Unpair or Forget.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="paragraph"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;--Turn the keyboard off and back on to enter pairing mode (blue light flashing).&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="paragraph"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;--Search again on the phone’s Bluetooth list and re-pair “XK01 TP.”&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="paragraph"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;This step clears any corrupted connection cache and is often the most effective solution.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="paragraph"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;2. Check system and firmware updates&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="paragraph"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;--Phone system update: Make sure your S22 Ultra is updated to the latest version via Settings &amp;gt; Software update &amp;gt; Download and install.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="paragraph"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;3. Adjust Bluetooth codec settings&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="paragraph"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;--Sometimes, Bluetooth audio codec settings optimised for sound quality or battery saving can impact the responsiveness of input devices.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="paragraph"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;--Go to Settings &amp;gt; About phone &amp;gt; Software information.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="paragraph"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;--Tap Build number several times until “Developer mode enabled” appears.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="paragraph"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;--Return to Settings and open Developer options.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="paragraph"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;--Scroll down to Bluetooth Audio Codec (or a similar option).&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="paragraph"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;--Try switching from “AAC” to “SBC” (a more widely compatible codec), then test the keyboard again.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="paragraph"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;4. Disable power saving restrictions&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="paragraph"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;--Ensure that Power saving mode or Ultra power saving mode is disabled while using the keyboard.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="paragraph"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;--Go to Settings &amp;gt; Battery and check if there are Bluetooth optimisation settings; please disable them temporarily.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="paragraph"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;5.       <description>Look for the apps that are not on the other devices, and start with the last ones installed or the least important. Have you tried using the keyboard in safe mode?</description>
