Latest SmartThings App and Latest Bios on the TV. (QN50Q7FAAFXZA). Was working yesterday Aug 02, but just started freezing up today Aug 03.&nbsp; Did the standard (force stop/clean cache, force stop/clear data, and finally a full up removal and reinstall)&nbsp; Need to say the SmartThings app works just fine with no problems, it's the TV remote that is freezing.<BR />&nbsp;&nbsp;<BR />There is a very quick error that flashed by, something about an error while downloading the driver. I suspect there is something wrong with the plugin used for the remote, or it might just be missing?&nbsp; The only button that seems to work is power, any other action locks the app hard. The SmartThings PC app works just fine</P><P>Adding some more info:<BR /><BR />Now when the remote app launches from SmartThings it has the original popup for "Activate TV sensor" Nothing on the screen works, Not "Later" or "Try it", nor swiping.<BR />Back "&lt;" clears the popup, and The customize scrolly bar scrolls.<BR />Clicking that brings up the customization interface, but nothing can be moved. Again, just the lower "&lt;" back works.<BR />Three dots brings up Edit/Remote options/How to use. Again, only &lt; works to exit this.<BR />Netflix, Samsung TV Plus, Prime Video, and Youtube buttons work!<BR />Also found the "click to search" button works. the one with stars.<BR />the "123" button works and toggles between layouts. But no other button on that number screen works except "123" to return.<BR /><BR />Finally, if I back out to the Television screen.. It's all wedged up. Only &lt; works to get out.<BR /><BR />This really smells like a software issue with the remote plugin. Like a broken library?<BR /><BR /></P><P>Next edit:<BR />Went to SmartThings Labs and added the Bluetooth Keyboard. Then paired with the TV.&nbsp; That method works just fine, especially for browsing and enables the touch mouse or button mouse.
