      <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought a Samsung Galaxy A56 last week which updated to Android 16 and One UI 8, but in this phone, whatsapp was not being installed from google play store, so forcefully i downloaded and installed directly from whatsapp website, but it is creating problem as when I receive whatsapp call or text message, screen remains black and I cannot see who is calling or texting........tried so many things but this issue is not being resolved. On the other hand, whatsapp business is working smoothly&lt;/P&gt;</description>
