Adding contact information on lock screen S23

On my previous phone, an S7.Yes, I keep them for a long time. There had been an "always on" which was a scrolling line on the lock screen!!! I was able to put in there a medical condition and the contact information. I cannot find how to do that now. The always on now is only like a clock.

Can anyone tell me about that?And is it still possible.

Go to Settings and search for Contact information.

-Click the result that says Lock screen and AOD.

-Click Contact information
-Enter text and click Done
