    <description>&lt;P&gt;It's a clock. It's the base clock.&amp;nbsp; When your phone is started up, before it's unlocked, the phone has no access to your personal customization settings, so you get a basic clock and basic keyboard.&amp;nbsp; As stated, there is no way to change it, it is what it is. How long do you look at it - 3 seconds maximum?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
