S pen issue

So recently I've installed a uv screen protector and i noticed that the s pen not working on the screen anymore, I've activated Touch sensitivity but still in vain. Any idea?

I have no problems using a screen protector with S Pen on my S23U. Perhaps try a different screen protector.

@Joe221 The touch sensitivity setting wouldn't affect the S Pen operation.

You didn't happen to install a case at the same time did you? Magnets in a case will interfere with S Pen operation.

I was using different kind of screen protectors, but i changed it to uv. I tried to use the s pen one week later and it didn't work so I'm trying to know if it's from the screen or something else

Not sure what a UV screen protector is. If it has a metallic grid embedded it could be causing the issue.

Could be the adhesive used for the screen protector is messing with the S Pen. Did your previous screen protectors use liquid adhesive?

It's normal glass screen but uses a glue to be attached to the phone screen

Maybe the adhesive, the one before it didn't use it. The new one i noticed that it uses a glue or viscous liquid to be attached to the phone screen

That might be it. Try a different protector without the liquid adhesive and see how that goes.

It's probably not Whitestone Dome, I've used them before on the curved glass on my S22U. I had no problems with the Spen. It is a pain in the neck to do, tedious.

Whitestone Dome, you use a UV light to cure the glue.

You mean a glass screen protector using UV light to cure the glue, confusing just saying UV protector. If you bought a knockoff of Whitestone Dome's product it might be the reason.

It was just typing on the box uv and protector, so I assumed it uv screen protector, I'm not that much knowledge with screen protectors
