    <description>&lt;SPAN&gt;I am submitting this on my tablet -- I cannot connect to the members app on my phone&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;My problem started with errors updating samsung apps, developed into inability to re-sign into my device or sign in to samsung members app.&amp;nbsp;I have a Galaxy S9 FE tablet that has no problems with the same apps.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Tried using Samsung Help.&amp;nbsp;They took me through the same troubleshooting steps I had already tried, with no success.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 17px;"&gt;1.       <description>Try resetting app preferences. Go to Settings &amp;gt; Apps &amp;gt; tap on the three dots in the upper right corner, and select "Reset app preferences". This will not delete any data but will reset all app preferences, which might help restore functionality.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;And have you cleared the "cache partition"?
