Calendar notification/alert not showing details on lock screen

I know this question has been asked a couple times before about 6 months ago but I still haven't seen a solution that actually works yet.

Since the update last week my calendar alerts haven't been showing details on my lock screen.

Before the update my notification titles would look like this, as shown in the Alert Background setting section.

When I looked for a solution online I found a response to a previous question and tried it but it still showed without the event details when I tested it out.

Not sure if im missing anything with my settings or if I just need to hold out until the next update for some bugs to be fixed but if anyone has a suggestion it would be greatly appreciated.

Did you go into the calendar settings alerts and alert style in there you'll see light medium and strong alert styles if it's the Samsung calendar that you're talking about follow my advice

Tried it, it provides details when my phone is unlocked in the notifications bar but still getting the same "Upcomming Event" message when my screen is locked 😕
