1. Disable Do Not Disturb mode: Open Settings, tap Notifications, and turn off Do Not Disturb.
2. Verify contact information: Ensure the number is saved correctly in the Contacts app.
3. Review blocked numbers: In Samsung Messages, check Block numbers under Settings.
In the Phone app, go to Settings and check Block numbers.
4. Restart your phone: Swipe down from the top and select Restart.
5. Reset network settings: Navigate to Settings > General management > Reset, then choose Reset mobile network settings.
