    <description>I followed the steps. I don't think it's SamsungHealth, more likely Clear ID verification failing all the time. I don't know why I can't upload government id instead of face.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Has anyone been able to get through the Clear verification. Everytime I do the face identification it comes out unsuccessful. I am 18+ if needed. Do I have to be in their database or something?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P dir="auto" style="margin: 0;"&gt;Hello Asumsang1512, thank you for your feedback. I understand your concerns about not being able to complete the face identification with Samsung Health.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P dir="auto" style="margin: 0;"&gt;Lets try uninstalling, reinstalling the app and checking for updates:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P dir="auto" style="margin: 0;"&gt;From the Home screen, swipe up to open the App drawer. Find the&amp;nbsp;Samsung Health&amp;nbsp;app, and then touch and hold the app's icon until a popup menu appears. Tap&amp;nbsp;Uninstall, and then tap&amp;nbsp;OK&amp;nbsp;to confirm.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;To reinstall the app, navigate to and open the&amp;nbsp;Play Store&amp;nbsp;or&amp;nbsp;Galaxy Store. Search for and select&amp;nbsp;Samsung Health, and then tap&amp;nbsp;Install.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;Samsung Health should be kept up-to-date for the best results. Updating it is a little different depending on what app you use:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;From the Play Store, tap&amp;nbsp;Menu&amp;nbsp;(the three horizontal lines), tap&amp;nbsp;My apps &amp;amp; games, and then tap&amp;nbsp;Update. If the Samsung Health app requires an update, tap&amp;nbsp;Update&amp;nbsp;next to it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;From the Galaxy Store, tap&amp;nbsp;Menu&amp;nbsp;(the three horizontal lines), and then tap&amp;nbsp;Updates. You can also tap&amp;nbsp;My apps&amp;nbsp;instead. If the Samsung Health app requires an update, tap the&amp;nbsp;Update&amp;nbsp;icon next to it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Try your device in Safe Mode to ensure that a third party app is not causing the issue:&lt;/P&gt;
