Mine does that occasionally. I use AT&T which uses yahoo for email. Sometimes it just goes dead. AT&T, yahoo, outlook, through phone and PC. No matter what i try, nothing works. Then suddenly, all of them start back up perfectly. Usually after a few hours. I've tried uninstalling, reinstalling, new software.. for me now, I just wait a bit, test it every so often and mine comes back to life again.
