Contact's texts don't show up

If I get a text from this ONE contact (my sister), it doesnt appear in my list but if I go into her name and click on the text icon all of our texts show up. I've deleted her, renamed her and checked "blocked" and none of those things help. Does anyone have a legit idea of what's happening?

Hello userjxBqrwjqNb, welcome to the Samsung Community! I understand your frustrations with not being able to text your sister. You have already deleted her contact, verified that she was not blocked but you are still having an issue with texting her. I recommend that you reset you mobile network settings: Open Settings, tap General Managements, tap Reset, Reset Mobile Network Settings, tap Reset Setting and review the information and tap Reset to confirm. Restart your device and then try sending your sister a text message.

If you are still experiencing issues I recommend that you reach out to your carrier for further assistance.
