S23 no longer accepting incomi g calls after March 2 2026 SW update

I had an S23 and after a software update on March 26, 2026 my phone never rang again and my recorded voice mail greeting changed to the Verizon standard voice mail greeting but anyone calling was unable to leave a message. The folks at my local Verizon store and Verizon technical support spent 2+ hours trying to fix it without success. I ended up having to get a different phone. So Samsung what is in the latest SW update that turned my phone into a brick? I can't believe I am the only guy on the planet that this has happened to. Has anyone else had this issue? Hey Samsung is there a way to roll back the SW to the previous version? To a customer this feels like it may have been an intentional act to sell more phones. As a former tech support manager I also know SW I updates often have unforeseen "bugs" and it is incumbent upon the manufacturer to address the bugs rather than using the bug to force a customer into buying a newer product.

Select the support tab at the bottom then "send feedback" to send a message that developers would see. This is a community forum for users.
