    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Why after 4th to do a factory reset from switching the original SIM card in my s23 ultra to an E SIM card original SIM card got locked permanently after 10/10 entering my PIN to a screen lock it can set wrong PIN code create a new PIN code I created a new PIN code still said wrong PIN code 10 times so after 10 times your sim card gets locked permanently never do that so anyway so much solution I did not realize an ease him card is built into the s23 ultra and I switched and added a new SIM card but after you do that you're forced to go to factory reset because all your dad is gone and it's not on the new SIM card yet so after downloading for hours most of the morning I've got all my backed up data on the phone downloaded into the new esim card phone appeared to be working like it never had a issue now my Samsung browser is slow as molasses I've restarted the phone couple of times I've checked all my settings everything's a go nothing's locked nothing's that I can see anywhere my question is after you do a factory reset is it take days for this browser speed to get back up I mean it shouldn't be like that shouldn't appreciate the feedback&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
