You can only join this beta if you have a factory unlocked device. Go to settings > about phone and look at model name. If it ends in U1, you're eligible.

To join the beta, go to the Discover tab in the Members app. Scroll to the beta program icon and tap it. If a beta is available for your phone, it will appear there.
