Good lock not working at all on S23 Ultra

IDK what made it start but I noticed all my pro settings gone and when I go into the good lock app to see what's going on maybe ab update or something...... Nothing.

Except this so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

Sorry post police. I'm sorry for my stupidity in thinking I just posted the one post. As you can tell I'm having issues with my device and trying to focus on a solution over counting others post. Again my fault my apologies will never ever happen again.

You need to send an error report in feedback in the support tab. Do not close the Members app while the logs are being collected. It is best to replicate the issue if possible before sending feedback within 15 minutes of occurrence. Attached all relevant screenshots.

✅ completed. Waiting on response from Mt Olympus on solutions. Typical uninstall and reinstall I'm thinking but I posted my issue to hopefully help others cuz I've never seen anything like it before

Have you tried clearing cache in the Goodlock app?
