Voicemail transcription

On older Samung Galaxy phones you could automatically see a transcription of voicemails before playing them. I can't find that feature on my S23. Can anybody help?

Some Samsung phones come with a pre-loaded visual voicemail app, but the feature has to first be enabled by your carrier. If your plan has the feature but you don't have the app, there should be one available from your carrier.

I have the Visual Voicemail feature but it's a paid upgrade through Verizon. I don't think it costs much though.

I use the Verizon Wireless feature too.
