Can anyone tell me why Smart Switch not updating.

Samsung S23 Ultra

Original on AT&T now on Visible for 1 year. Have been updating phone using SS Every month no fail

SS loads but phone does not go into download mode.

Can put in Maintenance mode and download mode comes up, but can't use SS in Maintenance mode.

Reinstalled SS on PC and Phone no help.

I don't want to use ODIN if I don't have to. Any other suggestions
