Not receiving text messages

It appears that i'm not receiving text messages from people that I have received many times before they.Of course have iphones. I started to change to google messengers, and stopped.I don't know if that has anything to do with it.But I have been receiving everybody else's text messages. What would cause this?

Just to clarify you used Google messages than changed to another app? I haven't had any issues with iPhone to Google messages

A lot of people are reporting that they're having problems with receiving group messages in Google Messages.

Correct me here, you were getting texts in Samsung Messages from iPhones, you switched to Google Messages, switched back to Samsung Messages and now you aren't getting messages from iPhones anymore?

I've been using Google Messaging for 12 years,never had a issue with group messages.
I imagine the thought of "operator error " never comes to mind for the A lot of people supposedly having problems.

If you go to Google Messages reviews on the Google Play Store, you will see it. It could be, I'm not sure, but I tried once and couldn't activate RCS, so I disabled it.
