My S23 ultra would upload a video to my computer but only sound and no picture,why is that?

Sounds like you might need to use a different playback app on your computer. You're not using Windows Media Player (WMP) are you?

Yes I am,but it used to work out well before

WMP hasn't been updated by Microsoft for Windows 11. It can't read the newer Codex format.

Try installing VLC media player, it plays everything for me.
