Not Receiving Voicemail Notifications

I had this same issue with my previous phone, s21. I only receive missed calls notifications. I have to go to my voicemail and manually refresh the pg to see if there are any voicemails. This is a big problem for me. I do have notifications switched on for voicemail. I don't understand why I've had this issue with my s21 and now my s23. Please help.

Go to Settings-Apps-Voicemail-click on Battery and then click on UNRESTRICTED had this issue myself

Once you do also make sure all permissions are enabled and please click the 3 dot menu next to my previous comment and click on Accepted Solution to help others in the future
